ONE-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

At Mighty Mount, we strive to make products that surpass your expectations and in doing so we have become known for our legendary warranty protection and exceptional customer service. We are committed to ensuring all Mighty Mount products adhere to rigorous manufacturing standards and therefore all our products are backed with a one year warranty. When purchased through an authorized reseller or online from Mighty Mount, we guarantee that all Mighty Mount products to be free from physical defects in materials and craftsmanship under normal use for a period of one year from date of original purchase. This warranty does not cover damages resulting from accidents, abuse, misuse, or improper care, nor does it cover cosmetic damages due to normal "wear and tear" of the product. Warranty claims become void if the product is tampered with in any way. We reserve the right to revise or update the product, accessories, or documentation without obligation to notify any individual or entity.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept returns of packages within 30 days of the sale date and issue a refund minus shipping fee within resalable condition.

• Please notify and return package within 30 days from purchase date.

• All returned products must be in original packaging.

• A refund will be issued according to payment method used during time of purchase.

• Return process may take up to 1-2 weeks after it has been received.

If the product fails under normal usage, please contact customer support at sales@themightymount.com to obtain instructions on how to return the defective product to us for evaluation.  Be sure to have your proof of purchase enclosed and please use the original packaging if possible; return requests cannot be processed without proof of purchase.  We do not cover shipping, insurance or any import fees, duties and taxes for the returned product. Mighty Mount will, at its sole option, repair or replace any defective product with the same product or one of equal or lesser value during the warranty term. Replacement products provided hereunder are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of the repair or replacement for ninety (90) days or, if longer, for the remainder of the original warranty period. In no event shall our liability exceed the price paid for the product. This warranty does not cover, and we will not have any liability to you for, any incidental or consequential damages caused by using the product. This warranty is non-transferable and covers only the original end-user purchaser.

EXCLUSIONS

Mighty Mount’s One-Year Limited Warranty does not cover misuse, accident, or abuse; damage to any non-Mighty Mount product, including, but not limited to device damage or loss of data; product purchased through unauthorized resellers, deal sites, liquidation sites, auction sites; promotional items; or incidental or consequential damages. You specifically agree that Mighty Mount shall not be liable for any special, incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages for breach of any warranty of any type on any Mighty Mount product.

Except as set forth above, Mighty Mount makes no express or implied warranties and Mighty Mount expressly disclaims any and all warranties including any warranty of quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties or limitation on how long an implied warranty may last, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state (or by country or province).

For consumers who are covered by consumer protection laws or regulations in their country of purchase or, if different, their country of residence, the benefits conferred by this warranty are in addition to all rights and remedies conveyed by such consumer protection laws and regulations. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

IN NO EVENT SHALL MIGHTY MOUNT , ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, DISTRIBUTORS, SUPPLIERS, OR AGENTS (COLLECTIVELY “COMPANY”) BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF ANY MIGHTY MOUNT PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DEVICE DAMAGE, DATA LOSS, OR LOSS OF USE OF ANY PRODUCT, EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANY DAMAGES THAT YOU MIGHT INCUR FOR ANY REASON WHATSOEVER (INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ALL DAMAGES REFERENCED HEREIN AND ALL DIRECT OR GENERAL DAMAGES IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE), THE ENTIRE LIABILITY OF COMPANY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT. SOME STATES AND/OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
